In the municipality of Opmeer, Spanbroek, an expat hotel is currently being built modularly according to the latest standards. The building will be completely energy efficient and self-sufficient, according to the so-called “zero on the meter” concept. With this concept we want to set an example for decent housing for expats.

All 64 rooms are equipped with every luxury: a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. In short: an apartment fully focused on the privacy of the residents. It concerns 60 single rooms and 4 double rooms.
