Every apartment is different and unique and has lift access. There are studio’s, two- and three-room apartments and also a penthouse. The apartments have been renovated to a high standard and every apartment has an own heat pomp. Every apartment is completed with a PVC floor, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a storage room in the basement of the building. There is also a shared roof terrace.

There is a parking garage in the basement of the building where people can park for a fee. It is also possible to purchase a subscription to park a car every day. In this basement are also the storage rooms for the apartments. Each apartment has its own storage room where bicycles and the like can be stored.
