mission & vision

We are driven by our passion for service and our eye for detail. We get our satisfaction from taking maximum care of our tenants. And we go a long way in that. For this we drive to Schiphol or other airports, even if you land at 02:00 AM. Or we escort you to the car dealer to negotiate the best lease for you or put you in touch with the local cleaning company. You can also rent houses including car and cleaning. Nothing is more fun than letting others enjoy our local knowledge. We do everything we can to make you feel at home while you are working abroad.

We believe that our living spaces enable our tenants to get the best out of themselves. By starting every new (working) day away from home, rested, cared for and inspired. That is why our credo is:

History

At the time, with an initial portfolio of houses, we mainly focused on the accommodation of expats who settled in the province of North-Holland. Requests soon came from existing and new relations in both the Netherlands and abroad.

Our offering grew rapidly and was therefore refined, but always with a keen eye for preserving the core values of the company. A scale that remains human, quality over quantity, service over profit, relationship over business.

We aim for the best for both owner and tenant, so “Strong Together” and do not stop until all parties are satisfied.
